  • 120 ml Tonic Water
  • 40 ml Café Royal Espresso Decaffeinato
  • Ice Cubes
  • Fresh Mint for Garnish

It’s All About the Flavor!

Our recipe features a Lungo-based coffee bowl, but you can mix it up with flavored coffees like Café Royal Vanilla, Hazelnut, or Caramel. Add an extra burst of morning flavor and make your bowl uniquely yours!

Preparation

  • Wash the limes with hot water, brush, and dry them
  • Use a zester or peeler to remove thin strips of lime peel
  • Squeeze the limes and measure the juice. Add an equal amount of sugar (e.g., 150 ml juice = 150 g sugar)
  • Heat the lime juice, sugar, and zest in a pot over low heat for 5 minutes
  • Strain the syrup, pour it into a bottle, and let it cool completely
  • Pour 30 ml of the lime syrup into a long drink glass filled with ice cubes
  • Top up with tonic water and stir gently
  • Pour the freshly brewed Espresso Decaffeinato over the mixture
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves
  • Just before sunset, stir well to combine all the flavors
